Sports Hall

The concert of the band Placebo was performed in Belgrade’s Sports Hall within its European tour during which they have been promoting their latest album Sleeping With Ghost.

The Band’s lead vocalist is a 25-year-old American singer Brian Molko; there are also a 24-year-old Swedish bassist Stefan Olsdal and a 27-year-old drum player Steve Hewitt.

They released three more albums before this one:Placebo, Without You I'm Nothing and Black Market Music.

They are famous for successful playing live, in Belgrade, they appeared with the complete production, sound system and lighting with which they appear throughout Europe, so this was an absolutely unique concert in our country when taking that into account.

Placebo, one of the most successful new rock bands in the last few years, performed a concert in New Belgrade’s Sports Hall within the world’s promotional tour for the album “Sleeping with Ghosts”. The Belgrade’s audience had a rare opportunity to see the contemporary band at its creative peak – brought to light. Placebo came to Belgrade with the complete production, sound system and lighting with which they perform across Europe, so this was an absolutely unique concert in our country judging by this as well.
