Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Komuna, Ruzveltova 1/27, 11000 Beograd.

For all questions about personal data write to info@komuna.com.

We collect only the data you enter yourself in the contact form or send us by e-mail:

• full name and e-mail address,
• phone number (optional),
• subject and content of the message.

The web server also automatically records technical data (IP address, time of access, browser type) in server logs, for security and correct operation of the website.

We use the data exclusively to reply to your inquiry and for further communication about it. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 12 of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia), and for server logs our legitimate interest in the security of the website.

We do not use the data for marketing, we do not create profiles and we do not sell the data.

The data is available only to Komuna staff who handle the inquiry. It is also technically stored by the provider of hosting and e-mail services, as a processor, on servers in the European Union. We do not disclose data to third parties, unless required by law.

We keep the data for as long as necessary to reply to the inquiry and for any cooperation that follows - no longer than two years from the last communication, unless the law requires a longer period. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

The website uses only technically necessary cookies: a session cookie and a security token (they enable the contact form to work and remember the chosen language) and are deleted when the session ends.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectification of inaccurate data and erasure,
• restriction of processing and data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send your request to info@komuna.com - we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs).

The website works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages from the form is limited to the persons who reply to them.

We may amend this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
