This website is run by Komuna, Ruzveltova 1/27, 11000 Beograd. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website presents Komuna's work in film, television, music, live events and publishing. Its content is informative and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense - any cooperation is agreed separately, in writing.

All content on the website - posters, record sleeves, photographs, film stills, texts, the Komuna name and logo - is protected under the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia. The rights belong to Komuna or to other rights holders (authors, photographers, co-producers, publishers), and the material is published as part of the presentation of Komuna's archive.

Without prior written consent it is not permitted to copy, download, alter, distribute or publicly communicate the material, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other public purpose. Sharing links to the pages and quoting short excerpts with a clear credit to the source (Komuna) are permitted.

Media and partners who need material for publication can request it through the contact form (inquiry type "Press").

We take care that information about projects (years, authors, formats, awards) is accurate and up to date. The archive spans four decades, so errors are possible - if you notice one, please let us know at info@komuna.com.

The website may contain links to other websites (e.g. social networks, maps). Komuna is not responsible for their content or for how they process data.

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for damage arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

The contact form is intended for business inquiries. Sending unsolicited advertising or unlawful content is not permitted. Data from the form is processed in line with the Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.

Komuna may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
