Belgrade barely survived the musical tornado called AC/DC - in front of some 40,000 people at Partizan Stadium, the Australian rockers put on a show that will be talked about for years.
Angus Young and company treated the crowd to two hours of pure enjoyment and effortlessly showed what rock and roll is all about - fast, fierce and played to perfection.
At exactly 8:59 p.m. the lights go down, the stadium shakes to the ever-faster rattle of a train… a locomotive rolls onto the stage and the concert kicks off with “Rock ‘n’ Roll Train”.
- Thank you, Belgrade, we’re glad to be here. Tonight is the night for rock and roll. The party starts now! - shouted singer Brian Johnson.
